Pastors, save yourself from the nagging stress of having fall-outs with “hiring & firing” unfaithful musicians. Eventually, greater peace will be yours if you focus more on encouraging members of your congregation who show potential in music to take training. Stop wasting Church finances on uncommitted musicians. Although it may take a while to get the ideal musicians, nevertheless, in due time, harvest time will surely come. |
As a Pastor,
I’m excited
about sharing the many “gifts” God has given me. They are all used for teaching,
teaching, and more teaching! At times, I’m available for church or organization
visits for training, workshops, or offer suggestions. Perhaps, we could work
together to create meaningful and practical ways to enhance your music ministry.
Possibly, we can set up a one or two night music workshop (instructive related)
to motivate your music ministry, musicians and choirs. I do understood that
every church has its own unique taste in musical emphasis. With God’s leading,
we can find and create ways to upgrade the quality of your music ministry. We
must start from where we are and build from there. Stay encouraged. God will meet our needs in His very own way and time!

Suggestion For Pastors Who Need Musicians
Suggestion:
For Churches that are financially
able, go half-and-half on music fees with a few people you feel
would be a faithful candidate for the music ministry. It is a small but
important investment for the future of the music ministry.
Remember, there are not enough musicians to feel the constant
growth of Churches. Small Churches are truly in need musicians.
We must admit that music is important in the Christian
fellowship experience!
This problem can only be minimized by training fresh new
musicians (especially young people).
