This
musical training agreement is for the purposes of conserving a harmonious
& efficient business affiliation
with students taking music lessons from
Pastor D. Fresh Gospel Music Lessons Training Center policy is to assure
integrity in business management between Pastor D and students/Clients.
This agreement establishes an initial understanding and expectation of
each student responsibilities in Christian conduct, punctuality, and
reverence of Pastor D and scheduling discretions. All conditions stated
below govern whether or not a potential student will be accepted as an
official “Fresh Gospel Music Lessons student” of Pastor D.

Concerning Pastor D

Agree…To reverence Pastor D at all times as an Ordained Minister of the
Gospel and spiritual leader.

Agree…Respectfully consider wisdom and advice given by Pastor D as become
necessary.
Pastor Michael Dennis is preferably addressed as
Pastor D. Thanks!
Fresh Gospel Music Lessons
is not a just a business location for taking music lessons. It is an
established Christian-based Ministry within the Body of Christ that
exists for promoting Gospel/Christian music and training students for
entry into the Music Ministry. Fresh Gospel Music Lessons is regulated
under the pastoral authority of Pastor D and thus includes spiritual
guidance and advice as become crucial to helping each student to mature in
their music ministry.
Secular, anti-Christ, cultic, etc.
music is not an accepted part of Fresh Gospel Music Lessons training
program nor does it endorses anti-Evangelical Church affiliation!
Concerning Scheduling &
Appointments
¨
Agree…To attend lessons on agreed upon time & date as pre-scheduled by
Pastor D and
¨
Agree…To call in to cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance as
possible.
¨
Agree…To call, email, or have someone else cancel a lesson for me in
emergencies.
¨
Agree…To not make emergencies cancellations a habitual practice.
¨
Agree…To call for lesson cancel consideration if having a personal crisis
or illness.
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D of temporary pause of lessons due to a sudden
admittance into a hospital
¨
Agree…To inform 7 days in advance of my intentions to go on a vacation or
take a trip.
Concerning Lesson Fees
¨
Agree…To pay single lesson fee on the day a lesson is attended.
¨
Agree…To pay in full monthly lesson fee on the day of first lesson (4
weeks).
¨
Agree…To pay lesson fee by cash or check (No bounced checks)
¨
Agree…To write all checks to payable to Pastor
Michael Dennis
¨
Agree…To pay penalty fee for any check written to Pastor Michael Dennis
that bounces.
Concerning Lesson Materials
¨
Agree…To bring all actively used study materials to each lesson as
requested by Pastor D.
¨
Agree…To purchase supplies recommended by Pastor D for musical training.
¨
Agree…To never copy or give musical training materials to anyone not an
active student of Pastor D
Concerning Special; Emergencies
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor by phone immediately if experiencing a sudden
automobile dysfunction.
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D by phone if severe weather hazards make it
necessary to cancel a lesson.
Agreement Continued
Concerning Bringing a Guest
¨
Agree…To obtain permission from Pastor D for bringing a “NEW” guest to a
lesson.
¨
Agree…To (Space limited) minimize bringing company to lessons.
¨
Agree…To seek when possible, an alternative to bringing many children to
lessons (Space limited)
¨
Agree…To another student being present during a lesson for special reasons
decided by Pastor D
Concerning Health Conditions

Agree…To inform Pastor D of any health related problem that may affect you
during a lesson
Religious/Beliefs Concerns
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D of religious beliefs that may be an issue
concerning songs used in training
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D of any issue about the use of prayer or prayer
music used before lessons

Discontinuing Musical Training
¨
Agree…To personally inform Pastor D in advance if you decide to
discontinue musical training.
¨
Agree…To pay in full for any lesson payment that is due before
discontinuing music lessons.
Rules Concerning Children
¨
Agree…To call for lesson appointments for my child that is 8 yrs
old or under.
¨
Agree…To make sure my child bring all expected lesson materials to each
lesson (CDs, notebook, etc.)
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D of any health concerns that may affect your child
during a lesson.
¨
Agree…To inform Pastor D if my child school grades may affect their
continuing to attend music lessons.
Children 7
yrs. & under
must be accompany by a parent, adult, or teenager during all lessons.
Parents are advised to avoid when possible, severely disciplining your
child before a lesson. It does not contribute to an enjoyable lesson and
adds to communication limitations between your child and Pastor D. It is
counter-productive and waste of lesson enjoyment!
