Lesson Fees - Lesson shall be paid in full on day of first lesson (cash or check)Lessons are expected to be paid with exact amount of fee (no change)Lesson payments are to be accompanied with receiptStudents are not permitted to attend a lesson without full payment accept pre approved by Pastor D. 

Prepaid Lessons - Monthly/prepaid lessons must be paid on day of first lessonMonthly/prepaid (4) lessons must be attended within 30 days of the monthly payment day 

Single Lessons - Single lesson must be paid before lesson beginsSingle lessons must be requested each weekSingle lesson students must request and restate interest in obtaining a lesson for the coming week 

Scheduling lessons - All lessons can only be requested in advance onSundays (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm) or Mondays (10:00 am - 12:00 pm)All unattended lessons must be paid for and are counted as a part of your monthly payment. Exceptions:….. Pre-announced illness,….. Pre-announced bad weather….. Uncontrollable emergencies….. Equipment malfunction (during lesson)….. Automobile trouble (on the way to lesson)….. Pre-announced traveling (7 days in advance) 

Complimentary Lessons - If you are permitted to make up a missed lesson (must be made another day within the same week) Special status lesson: A free lesson given for a special reason. 

Guest During Lessons - Lessons are private and catered to an individual student needs!..... Please ask permission from Pastor D. before bringing unknown guest!..... All guest must remain in the lesson room!..... At least one parent must be present during all lessons of children 7yrs. and under!  

Arriving To lessons - All students are ask to park in front of house rather than the driveway..... Some students prefer not to have other students arriving early to walk in during the conclusion of their lesson..... Bringing company to a lesson is only permitted when approved in advance by Pastor D.  

Children Attending Lessons - A parent or young adult must be present during all children 9 years old and under Parents are asked to make sure your child bring all music lesson materials and Audio CD to each lesson!
